Four EmControl Systems installed since 2005

Wujiang Raylace Co. Ltd. embroidery company was founded in 2002. The company works with eight Saurer 2S55 and three Epoca 04 Pentacut embroidery machines and specialises in the production of lace, underwear, household textiles and clothing. The registered office of the company is in Shengze, to the north-west of Shanghai, in the province of Wujiang. General Manager Jianjin Fu has been responsible for the successful development of the company right from the very beginning.
In 2005, in a phase of strong growth of the company, several machine problems came to light. Machine failures in production, most of which resulted from automated machine problems, caused delivery problems. And new pattern requirements (production of longer patterns), led the punched card systems to the limits of their capacity. "Longer cards must suddenly be produced in increasing quantities. The consequences were more time, higher costs and unacceptable fault quotas."
After the solutions available on the market had been evaluated, Raylace decided on Pantec on the grounds of reliability and ease of service. Four EmControl Systems have been installed since 2005.
"After the conversion, the performance of the machines was far beyond our expectations. Especially for patterns with high stitch quantities, the electronic design change convinces compared with the punched card. Thanks to the optimization of the machine head the stitch error rate of the machine was reduced by 80%" General Manager Fu enthuses. "The machine work more efficiently and precisely than before!"
General Manager Fu has now demonstrated his enthusiasm in a recent investment decision. Four other EmControl systems will be installed at Raylace in the second quarter of 2008.
