Hira Syntex Private Limited is situated in Surat, India with Mr. Puneet Vij as the leading part. The company is in trading of fabrics and embroidery for the last 20 years. In 2004 Puneet Vij decided to start with own manufacturing of embroidery. The company focuses on embroidery for sarees, dress material, garment and furnishing materials for domestic and export market. The company itself is a family management with about 80 employees. The company has three Saurer 2S-55 standard and seven multihead flat embroidery machines.
„Our problem with the 2S55 machine was the low speed and the maintainance effort of the automates.“ What sounds very unemotional in this sentence, was a real problem to the Hira Management „The machine problems regarding to the automates were a frequent reason for serious headache because we never knew when the automates will fail again. Finally we decided to go for EmControl and after 1.5 years of the installation, we are very happy with the results. EmControl changed our life completely. Our automat problem has gone and the speed has increased as well“. Earlier machines used to run 24 days in a month approximately only due to the downtime of the automat.Now we run the machines 30 days in a month without any problems. As another result the machine speed has increased from 120 to 150 rpm with the same production quality. „With the level of speed increase and higher machine runtime EmControl was the perfect solution to improve the productivity and reliability of our embroidery machine. Also for the employees the conversion is a benefit. „The handling of the machine control is very user friendly and easy. And it’s also a benefit for the employees if the production processes run stable and reliable and are not disturbed by machine problems“.
Mr. Vij points out the importance of EmControl for the embroidery business from his perspective: „EmControl is a wonderful product with very good results and we always recommend it to all who runs old machines. There is a growing market for EmControls in India. Sooner or later everybody who has old embroidery machines, will have to install EmControl on their old machines.“
His conclusion after more than one year working experience with EmControl:
„If I would have to decide once again, I would select EmControl again!“
